The Combined P series of pumps are now well established on the market place; not least because of their ability to produce an almost constant flow due to their double ended hydraulic chambers. The concept behind the P series was to give this constant flow at both high and low flow rates, which they achieve. While constant flow can be a critical factor on some applications there are applications where it is not so critical.

It is because of the applications where constant flow is not a critical factor that Combined Corporation Ltd have developed a single ended P1 chemical injection skid. While the advantage of constant flow is lost there are other advantages to be gained, for example smaller skid dimensions, a reduction in the weight of the skid and reduced manufacturing costs.

The reduced manufacturing costs can be passed on to our clients in both lower rental rates and reduced purchase prices.

While there is only one hydraulic end the pump is still double acting and can be converted back to a double ended pump quickly and easily.

Combined Pumps Ltd is to open a base of operations in Ras Al Kaimah, close to Dubai, for both the manufacture and supply of their complete range of pneumatic pumps.

If you've seen our website before, you'll probably notice that it's been totally redesigned recently. With the help of Disc Depot of Dundee, we're pleased to be able to bring you this new improved version. There are a lot of new features including PDFs of all the P-series operation and maintenance manuals.

PDF files will be available of the pressure vs. flow diagrams for the full range of P series pumps, and their available piston sizes. Other files on this new website include the seal reorder tables and diagrams for easier part identification. The web address is (of course) the same as before- www.combinedpumps.com.

During 2009 we plan on developing our P4 and P5 pumps.

The P4 will hopefully fit in between the P1 and P2 regarding flows and pressures, while the P5 will be a diaphragm pump. For further updates please keep your eye on our newsletter.
