Combined Pumps Ltd offer extensive machine shop facilities predominantly revolving around their Mazak 400 series machining centres. These Intergrex machines offer a 2 metre bed, 40 station tooling magazine/6 axis movement and sub spindle for “one hit” machining. They are capable of carrying out both turning and milling operations to increase productivity and minimise lead time.

We have the capability to manufacture all components for the P series pumps in house as well as servicing the local sub-contract market. We aim to meet the demands of our customers whether it’s a one off or large batch quantity required.

Our own pump design and manufacture was enhanced by our Autocad capabilities. By utilising this program in design, drafting, modelling and drawing we can also undertake components which would normally be beyond the parameters of other sub contract/third party machine shops. In this respect our customers, as well as ourselves, benefit from the knowledge of working with the very latest in technology.
