Machine Shop

To facilitate the development and production of our pump range, we have invested in two new lathes for full in-house production. These facilities are also available, and are currently been used, on a sub contract basis by other companies in the Aberdeen area.

Mazak Nexus 200M with C-Axis

With a one metre bed length, 250mm power chuck and maximum swing of 275mm diameter, the Mazak provides us with manufacturing capabilityt for both the small and mid-range pumps within our fleet.

 
Ajax AJPD 310-105

The NC production lathe has a 2 metre bed and a maximum swing of 310mm diameter which produces the large pump. The Fanuc 21i conventional control allows for effecient modifications as we continue to develop our pump range.

Sub Contracting Capabilities

Further additions to our machining capability are planned when production quantities necessitate and we currently undertake sub-contract machining for a variety of customers with short turn around which is crucial in today's manufacturing market.
