Spray Boom

Application: The jet spray boom has been used on offshore installations in the North Sea, west Africa and south China sea to prevent serious heat damage to the  installations from the burner.

Our solution to this problem is to place a cooling wall of water between the burner and the installation, by doing this the risk presented to personnel is greatly reduced.

This also minimises the heat damage to the structure, which in turn reduces maintenance costs.

The system is fabricated in 316L stainless steel, which is strong, corrosion free and lightweight.

The sections that make up the boom are designed to be of a manageable size that will allow ease of installation.
